Who Am I?

Through my own personal experiences and observations I found myself drawn to the study of human experience and the resulting effects on mental wellbeing. This curiosity has lead me to study psychotherapy and Analytic Psychology in an attempt to develop meaningful skills in working with mental health issues. I have accumulated experience in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, historical trauma, abuse and alienation.

My Approach

Originally trained as a person-centred counsellor, and with further study in the field of analytical psychology work with an integrative process to allow for my clients to be empowered while still maintaining varying levels of structure to best suit the individual needs of each client. I strive to foster a judgement free environment with a focus on empathy and understanding of the emotional and mental significance of the clients experiences. While I employ many methods of interaction the underlying goal is to form a meaningful relationship unique to the client. As such there is no right or wrong in the development of sessions as the goal is to find what best works for you.
